About the Role:
To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported accommodation service, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Your Responsibilities:
To collate assessment and intervention information for the purpose of developing an individualised community support service.
To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, and equality, incorporating choice.
To ensure delivery of a quality service by designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems appropriate to individual requirements.
To assist clients in the selection of their meal menu, cooking, and eating, promoting personal choice at all times.
Assist with catering, cleaning, and general domestic duties in clients' homes.
To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of clients at all times.
To work within the stated policies and procedures of RehabCare.
Additional Requirements:
Full Driving Licence and own means of transport.
Third level graduate, Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by the management of the service.
Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland.
