IT Governance Manager
Are you an experienced IT Governance professional looking to make an impact in a regulated environment? This 15-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to lead third-party governance and operational resilience initiatives, ensuring compliance with DORA and other financial regulations while working closely with senior stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage third-party ICT governance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
2. Lead operational resilience efforts, including Business Impact Assessments and crisis management testing.
3. Implement and oversee resilience frameworks aligned with DORA and industry regulations.
4. Develop and execute governance strategies, reporting progress to senior management.
5. Drive stakeholder engagement across IT, security, and outsourced third-party providers.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience in third-party governance and operational resilience.
3. Strong knowledge of DORA and financial regulatory frameworks.
4. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
