In this dynamic contract role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the healthcare campus, overseeing the development of an Elective Hospital, Decant & Enabling projects, CSSD and Radiology initiatives.
Spearhead the execution of major capital projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and drive strategic planning.
Leverage your expertise to manage budgets, procurement, and compliance with regulatory standards Professional Experience Requirements: Provide support and advice on capital planning, project management, estate maintenance, environmental management, and infrastructural risk management Work closely with the project sponsor and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and activities Oversee project teams, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards Manage project budgets in alignment with capital and revenue requirements, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures Extensive experience in leading and delivering major capital infrastructure projects in the healthcare or construction sectors Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships Strong understanding of company policies, procurement regulations, and the government spending code Professional Qualifications Experience: i) Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, accredited by the relevant Professional Institute (Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Engineers Ireland, Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland) OR ii) Have Full (Chartered) Membership of the relevant professional association Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Engineers Ireland Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland OR iii) Hold a qualification at least equivalent to one of the above.
AND iv) Have had at least eight years satisfactory & relevant experience in planning, design, project management or construction of buildings or in the installation or maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and heating services of such buildings.
AND v) Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and of management ability) to enter on the discharge of the duties of the office.
