With a strong focus on sustainability and client satisfaction, the firm has built a reputation for reliability and efficiency.About Your New JobAs a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee and manage on-site works, ensuring that all activities are completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with site managers, project managers, and tradespeople to ensure the timely and successful completion of all site works. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations from an engineering point of view, ensuring quality control, and managing day-to-day site activities. Some of your duties will include:Supervising and coordinating the activities of tradespeople and subcontractors.Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and maintaining a site diary.Attending and chairing internal and external meetings with stakeholders.Managing project variations in conjunction with the Project Manager (PM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS).Overseeing the completion of labour allocation sheets by subcontractors.Developing and implementing daily action plans.What Skills & Requirements You NeedA degree in construction or mechanical engineering.Extensive experience working in a building services role for an M&E contractor, Main Contractor, or an M&E Consultancy.Strong knowledge of building services with a particular emphasis on plumbing and HVAC.Proven supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.What’s on OfferThe successful candidate will be paid a salary of circa €65,000 - €75,000 DOE. The company also provides a pension contribution, bonus, death in service, phone, and laptop.
