Your Key Responsibilities
* Focused delivery of challenging transformation projects.
* Demonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and develop workable solutions.
* Provide rigorous analysis, conducting research and utilising relevant datasets to inform fact-based decision making.
* Collaborate within a team environment, committed to achieving solutions under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
* Develop and deliver leading-edge solutions for clients with strong interest and commitment.
* Present robust and evidence-based messages through effective presentation and facilitation skills.
* Produce high-quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience.
* Strong academic record, including a third-level degree.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication success.
Ideal Experience
* Strategy implementation, including design and development of long-term strategic roadmaps, implementation planning and best practice models.
* Trend analysis to assess market landscape, identify growth levers and develop strategic choices.
* Operating Model Design and Development, including interim and target operating models and workshop facilitation.
* Supporting business and commercial case development for significant investment or policy changes.
