Job Title: Schedule Management Specialist
As a key member of the Engineering Project Delivery Team, this contract position is responsible for Schedule Management of large-scale engineering projects within a pharmaceutical plant site.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Activities Coordination: Coordinate, organize, and schedule activities within the Engineering department.
* Maintenance Department Coordination: Coordinate, organize, and schedule activities within the Maintenance department with respect to annual shutdown.
* Prioritization and Scheduling: Prioritize and schedule activities within the department to support business needs and meet Master Production Schedule requirements.
* Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Participate in or lead cross-functional teams as required.
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Reporting: Report to Operations Managers and site SLT regarding timelines for key site projects.
* Best Practices Adoption: Lead the introduction and adoption of best-in-class practices with respect to project scheduling.
* Continuous Improvement: Facilitate an environment of continuous improvement and open communication.
Organizational Interfaces:
* Internal Customers: Interface with all site departments, including Team Leader, Manager, and Director levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant Qualification: A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Business, or Science.
* Desirable Qualifications: Qualification in Project Management/Project Scheduling, Operations experience within a GMP regulated environment, experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities, and proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
