Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance

This permanent Hybrid role offers a full range of Stryker benefits. As a member of the Supplier Certification Team in Engineering services, you will be responsible for quality engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform supplier certifications according to corporate procedure.
* Review suppliers' QMS documents, including validations, calibration procedures, change control procedures, risk management, inspection plans, etc.
* Maintain independent communication with suppliers.
* Work according to regulations such as ISO 13485 and internal corporate or site-specific procedures.
* Identify risks/gaps and provide solutions to correct them.
* Act as an independent reviewer as required.
Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science fields (level 8 Degree).
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Interview Process:

1. 1st interview - Talent Acquisition Partner.
2. 2nd interview - Hiring Manager of the role.
3. Gallup assessment (if additional support is needed, speak to TA Partner).
Travel Percentage: 10%.
