Management Accountant Dublin 1 (Hybrid, 4 Days in Office) Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 with excellent benefits Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team in Dublin 1, City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to develop their career in a hands-on role with exposure to senior finance leadership.
Looking for someone that can work on their own initiative as they will be reporting directly into a Senior Management Accountant in the UK.
Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant Ireland, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, producing financial reports, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journals, prepayments, and accruals for multiple sites.
Compile and deliver monthly management accounts for assigned locations.
Generate financial reports for managed sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile relevant balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
Support operational managers by gathering and analysing financial data.
Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, and property projects to monitor budgets and resolve discrepancies.
Continuously improve financial workflows and reporting processes.
Candidate Requirements Experience in management accounts and working to month-end deadlines.
Experience dealing with multiple-sites is essential for this role.
Experience having used the system Navision and MS office dynamics.
Strong knowledge of computerised accounting systems and MS Excel.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial insights clearly.
Newly Qualified or Part Qualified (nearly finished exams) accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideally seeking someone to commence ASAP in the role!
Benefits Salary: €45,000 - €50,000+, depending on experience.
Hybrid working model 4 days in the Dublin 1 office, 1 day from home (except around month-end).
37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).
