To that end, we’ve developed a core set of commitments that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and serve as the focus of our work to build a better world.This role will be tasked with delivering the desired sales and performance targets within a defined territory; working in partnership with the your Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Business Development Team to deliver the growth plan within the SME sector. Along with being responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPI’s are achieved on a monthly and overall yearly basis this position will also ensure delivery on overall sales profitability and aligning customer solutions to support Culligan’s growth plan and product family strategy. What this role involves: • Delivering and exceeding the Sales Targets for Rental, Service and Direct Sale• Driving sales within the Culligan product range, through growth (new business) and retention (expanding existing customers) within a defined territory• Executing the sales growth plan within a defined territory ensuring alignment to wider business objectives• Negotiating and concluding commercial contracts with both internal and external partners• Engaging with key stakeholders to support networking opportunities• Maintaining strong communications with all departments and team members• Working closely with our customers and the necessary operational teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of installation and retention SLAs• Accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful onboarding of customers and tracking of all mandatory KPIs• Responsibility for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice• Managing personal compliance with, and suggesting improvements to, the end to end joining process, policies and procedure What we’re looking for: • Ability to handle a range of priorities• Strong commercial awareness• Strong oral and written communication skills• Competent in using Microsoft Office tools• A proven track record of providing strong customer service• SME sales experience• Self-generated business development experience• Experience of working well independently and as part of a team• Experience in selling a recurring rental product model• Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM effectivelyWhat we can offer: OTE €50k - €55k Monday - Friday Days working pattern 23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long service Company Pension scheme Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period) Shopping discounts with Perks at Work 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme Volunteering Day Employee support network and mental health assistance Opportunity for career progression Commission Scheme
