Accountant Technician/ Office Administrator [Experienced]

Sugrue Excavation Ltd, Beaufort is currently recruiting an experienced Accountant Technician/Office Administrator.
Suitable candidates should have experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and administrative work and will be responsible for all aspects of office duties.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Experience in a similar role (an advantage)
* Creditors/Debtors management
* Experience using Accounting Package and generating reports
* Experience with Bank Reconciliations
* Experience using payroll package
* Experience in preparation of annual accounts for audit (preferred)
* Proficient in using MS Office (Excel/Word)
* Record keeping / compliance of various departments with attention to detail
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Generating weekly/monthly reports/updates
* Pricing with suppliers
* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
* All other duties as required
* Own transport
The position is based in Beaufort, normal working week Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent
