Maintenance Engineer

Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:
* Action all scheduled engineering maintenance works, including diagnostic fault analysis.
* Work with Engineering Management and Production Manager to maximise asset utilisation and reduce costs.
* Contribute to Net Zero Energy efforts by exploring opportunities to reduce energy usage.
* Ensure the upkeep of assets and site fabric.
* Carry out schedule-based maintenance work on equipment, buildings, and services, and repairs, overhauls, and installations as necessary.
* Fault find mechanical and/or electrical faults and repair equipment in breakdown situations.
* Proactively identify and rectify potential equipment/services issues.
* Collaborate with other functions to ensure efficient running of equipment and prioritise work as agreed.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Experience servicing and repairing electrical, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
* Experience working in a high-volume production environment with automated machinery.
* IEEE or equivalent qualification.
* Mechanical fault finding, maintenance, and installation skills.
* Experience carrying out preventive maintenance on motors, gearboxes, conveyor systems, rollers, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
* Able to adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
