The opportunityEY's cyber security practice is one of the fastest growing areas of the business with significant ambition for the future through additional recruitment and acquisition.
You would be part of our EYNext Generation Security Operations and Response Services, helping client organizations to build, implement and operate Next Generation Security operations.
This specific Role is client side and client facing.
Your key responsibilitiesReporting directly to Head Of ITRunning as a Senior Network Architect or Senior Operations Manager across High critical Networking and Security InfrastructureManaging Teams of Network and Security Analysts.
Working across multiple business units and stakeholders.
Liaising with internal project teams and third parties.
Escalation Management and ReportingReporting and managing on Service Level AgreementsContinuous improvement reviews and guidanceMentor and grow Network and Security Teams.
Skills and attributes for successTechnical knowledge and understanding of Networking Solutions and Services (LAN/ WLAN /WAN/VPN)Technical knowledge and understanding of Security Solutions, Services and Operations (SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Threat Vulnerability Management Solutions, DLP, End Point Security and Operations)Proven Team leadership and management experienceExperience of Working in Enterprise Critical Infrastructure Environments.
Strong written skills:
ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiencesClient Facing and Service Delivery Management.
Additional technical responsibilitiesSecurity incidents and occurrences are tracked, analysed, and reported.
Manage, tune, and optimise SIEM tool.
Provide security controls such as IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and data loss prevention recommendations to the client's security team.
Contribute to the identification (hunting) and profiling of threat actors and TTPs.
To qualify for the role, you must have5+ years' experience in a similar roleExperience of Operations management of Security and Networking Services and teams.
Experienced with implementation and management of Security and Network Solutions.
