Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a dynamic, experienced HR Business Partner to join our international business at a time of transformation and renewed growth. The HR Business Partner contributes to the design of People and Culture strategy, and executing the strategy in collaboration with the HR team, senior management and colleagues across the company. The role holder will be a key player in the company management team, partnering with stakeholders of all levels to deliver the HR strategy and meet business needs.

This HR Business Partner leads the delivery of HR initiatives, drawing from experience in creating, leading and implementing organisational development, change and design, fostering a high-performance culture, great people experience and talent initiatives to maximise potential. Key Responsibilities
· Drive and design (as needed) HR processes as a trusted advisor, providing vision of ‘what great looks like’ as an employer and direction for all areas of leadership, particularly in cultural refresh and change management at an individual, team and organisational level
· Develop and implement futureproof HR strategies aligned with the company business objectives during and beyond transformation
· Support and collaborate with the Head of HR, Senior Management Team and NEC HR team to identify strategic people priorities, develop robust strategic and tactical execution plans and implement them to deliver sustained value and success for our people, business and customers
· Contribute to and deliver a People and Culture Strategy, that enables effective organisational change and evolution, autonomously partnering and monitoring the change impact on the organisation
· Identify areas for process improvement, operational enhancements, and cost optimisation, accompanied with solution proposals and carry through to implementation
· Support the Head of HR to drive strategic workforce planning/organisation design & development, based on business strategy
· Be a protagonist in strategic and governance review, championing people at the heart of the business
· Design and implementation of Productivity system (i.e. automated system for measuring the cost of roles, and seek ways to continually enhance people ROI)
· Support Senior Management Team with skills analysis and development planning
· Continually partner each line manager to proactively enhance the organisation, and solve issues before they escalate
· Lead the implementation planning, and execution and future governance of organisation changes.
· Manage day-to-day operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organisational Design, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Total Rewards planning
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
· Provide HR Business Partnering expertise for the various business areas and support the strategic and operational delivery of solutions and services
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NEC (parent company) colleagues, NEC Aspire Operations, Finance, Sales and Legal to ensure the company objectives are met.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Advantageous to have full CIPD qualification (Level 7) and be educated to Masters level
Clear and direct experience and a proven track record of supporting the development, leadership and implementation of People & Culture vision and strategy, across multiple geographies and jurisdictions.

Applied Legislation (Ireland, multinational experience is a plus)
· Experience working with Board of Directors/acting as BoD Secretary is a plus
