Job Description
This is a great opportunity to be at the beginning of a new team setup. You will lead technology solutions to deliver business value; collaborate in an autonomous team, owning all aspects of delivery (Coding, Quality, DevSecOps) as well as helping to transform the devops, provisioning, testing and operational capabilities of the platform; simplify the complex through consistency, refactoring and repeatability; grow an agile development culture and promote industry standard methodologies; guide and oversee the implementation of high-level and low-level designs; Improve monitoring and operational stability practise.

Requirements
* Minimum 7-9 years in a software engineering role
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining contact center solutions using enterprise platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect and other similar systems
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automation
* Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture to which includes considerations for high availability and business continuity
* Familiarity with Docker and container-based development and deployment practices as well as with CI/CD pipelines
* Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP and data applications/networking
