Role Background & Purpose:Cpl is hiring for a Marketing Executive to join our growing internal marketing team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to showcase and develop their skillset within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working across a range of marketing activities to assist in the organisation's candidate attraction efforts, also known as business-to-candidate (B2C).
Responsibilities:Executing multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to support the recruitment team and/or clients in attracting candidates for career opportunitiesDesigning and developing bespoke webpages to support B2C marketing initiativesManaging Cpl social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, with responsibility for planning and posting relevant B2C content to engage and increase followersLeading on the promotion and delivery of recruitment open days and candidate attraction eventsCollaborating closely with our team of designers to create custom, high-quality marketing content tailored to meet specific B2C needsOverseeing merchandise requirements for internal and external B2C eventsSupporting B2C marketing activities across relevant job advertising platforms, such as Indeed and LinkedInCreating relevant B2C blog content for the company website, along with updates and maintenance of the website as requiredManaging relationships with external vendorsWorking closely with internal stakeholders to understand B2C marketing requirements, in line with business objectivesSupporting internal programmes across key candidate sourcing solutions, such as Indeed Smart Sourcing and LinkedIn RecruiterExperience & Attributes:RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing and a related field2+ years' experience working in a marketing roleProficiency across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedInWorking knowledge of paid media channels, such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google AdsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiativeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsComfortable working with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentDesirableMinimum 1 years' relevant experience in managing paid marketing campaignsExperience using marketing automation tools, driving efficient campaign execution and performance trackingWorking knowledge of managing and executing email campaignsExperience in using graphic design tools, such as Canva, to create visually appealing, on-brand designsProficiency in using marketing tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag ManagerWorking knowledge and/or experience in relation to search engine optimisation (SEO)Experience working with clients and/or external stakeholdersPossesses a mix of creative and analytical skillsPrior website management and CMS experience (not essential)Previous experience in the recruitment industry (not essential)Why Join Us?Generous annual leave, including additional birthday and company leave daysHalf day every Friday prior to Bank HolidaysFlexible working arrangementsCareer progression and development opportunities internallyGrow and learn amongst a team of experienced marketing professionalsOpportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentChance to play a vital role in a growing and ambitious marketing teamCompany Background:Our vision is to be the world's best at transforming our clients through sustainable total talent solutions.
