Senior Accounts Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

On behalf of our client, a well-established and successful construction company operating in Cavan, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator on a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
* Handle RCT and VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and manage sales invoices, credit notes, and statements.
* Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and reconcile statements.
* Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers and handle nominal account postings.
* Manage payroll processing and organise supplier payments.
* Oversee project and purchase order (PO) reconciliation.
* Review and follow up on debtors to ensure timely collections.
* Provide financial data and insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting (Xero) and payroll (Sage) software is desirable.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
