Key Responsibilities
* Drive Sales Success: Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
* Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new market opportunities within Ireland, while forging strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Account Management: Build and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the leadership team to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Product Demonstrations: Confidently showcase our solutions, translating technical features into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
* Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive their success.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure client requirements are met seamlessly.
* Brand Representation: Represent Viska Systems at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the industry.
What We're Looking For
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in automation, AI, or machine vision industries.
* Technical Aptitude: Ability to confidently demonstrate how our solutions address client needs. A technical background is a bonus but not mandatory.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Adaptability: A desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
* Willingness to Travel: A valid Irish or EU driver's license with approximately 3-4 days on the road depending on client and company needs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered.
* Proven sales experience in technical fields, particularly with machine vision, AI, or robotics solutions is highly desirable.
