How You’ll Make an Impact
1. The Quality Control Auditor is responsible for the auditing of files within the Business Insurance Administration Department, in accordance with outlined procedures. The Auditor plays a key role in ensuring that compliance with relevant applicable legislation and regulation is achieved.
2. Developing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. Account Managers, current/potential clients, colleagues and insurers whilst providing excellent customer service.
3. Meeting targets set by the Company for renewal and retention.
4. Ensuring that client requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
5. Proactively upholding and promoting the professional reputation of the Company.
6. Conducting file audits in an efficient manner.
7. Completing error logs as and when required.
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications
1. Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the insurance industry.
2. Exceptional attention to detail.
3. Excellent time-management.
4. Ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
5. Excellent attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders at various levels throughout the business.
7. Maintain Minimum Competency Code and annual CPD requirements.
8. Strong IT skills (with proficiency in the use of Relay an advantage).
