Role Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef/Baker to join our team full-time.
This role requires someone who can efficiently manage all areas of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of exceptional baked goods while upholding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce a wide range of baked goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes, and desserts, as well as sandwiches and pizzas.
* Work collaboratively across all kitchen departments.
* Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety regulations.
* Manage workload efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong expertise in viennoiserie, pastry, and French cuisine techniques.
* A passion for food and creativity in baking.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English.
* Legal entitlement to work full-time in Ireland.
