We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Co. Longford. This is a full-time, permanent position with regular working hours.

* HR:
o New Employee Induction
o Employee Contracts and Handbook Management
o Safety Statement and Employee Forms Administration
o Conflict Resolution and Attendance Management
* Recruitment and Hiring:
o Preparation of Job Descriptions and Shortlisting
o Interview Process and Reference Checks
o Offer of Employment and Onboarding
* Training and Development:
o Training Matrix Maintenance and Organizing Training Sessions
o Enhancing Productivity through Skills Development Programs
* Payroll and Accounts:
o Weekly Payroll Processing for 55 Employees
o Assistance with Month-End Accounts and General Administration
Requirements:
* Qualifications: HR Degree or CIPD Qualification
* Experience: Minimum 2 Years of HR/Payroll Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment
* Skills: Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Strong Attention to Detail
Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
