Group Marketing and Communications Executive

This role will be responsible for overseeing all hotels and venues within the group:
Responsibilities
* Brand Management: Adhere to and maintain all brand guidelines; create engaging campaigns and events to build brand exposure; manage reputation across all channels.
* Digital Presence: Manage website content through assigned provider; develop and manage social media strategy and profiles; create engaging content to drive traffic and conversion.
* Advertising: Develop and execute annual advertising plan; manage national and international print advertising.
* Public Relations: Develop and maintain PR database; manage relationships with PR, media, and influencer partners.
* Event Management: Coordinate promotions to drive footfall to key events; provide marketing support to event planners.
Office & Operational Assistance
* Assist with general office administration tasks.
* Provide operational assistance for key events.
Requirements
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Background in tourism/events/PR.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
* Motivated and results-driven.
* Proven ability in managing internal/external business relationships.
* Strong communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
* Campaign management and production skills.
Working Arrangements
* Monday to Friday, office hours.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
