Responsibilities include:
Cook to high standard
Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
Work well within a busy team
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Follow all opening and closing procedures
Control cost and minimise waste
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Skills:
3 years Experience in busy kitchen
Ability to work flexibly under pressure
Excellent people skills
Ability to work in a team
Excellent customer service skills
High level of initiative
Proven experience in roles as chef de partie or sous chef
Job Type: Full-time
