Head of Sales - International - required for a Large beauty brand based out of Dublin but involving regular international travel.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies across all channels to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
3. Implement effective pricing strategies and cost controls for optimised profit margins
4. Utilise customer data analysis for upselling, cross-selling, and personalised offers.
5. Plan and execute seasonal promotions & NPD plans with all commercial entities / Develop effective sales and promotional materials with the marketing team
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
Requirements :
8. Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on skincare, cosmetics, tanning products.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
11. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
