* Implement operational excellence processes.
* Handle financial and departmental administration.
* Oversight and implementation of Health and Safety policies.
* Demonstrate expertise in event operations, hospitality, and customer service principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Proactive, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to manage pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
* Lead a team of Chefs, Baristas, and Catering Assistants to deliver exceptional service.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, VENDORS, AND PARTNERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND IMPROVE SERVICES.
* Develop and implement operational procedures for efficient event execution.
* Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and local health regulations.
* Proven track record of success in managing events and leading high-performing teams.
