The role currently includes oversight of one Marketing Executive.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will:
* Build brand awareness across multiple platforms.
* Support sales efforts through marketing initiatives.
* Promote services via online channels and events.
* Address business information gaps.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing plans and review strategy regularly.
* Manage the marketing budget.
* Create content for B2B and B2C audiences.
* Oversee relationships with creative and digital media agencies.
* Develop and edit briefs for content development agencies.
* Support sales with tools, event materials, tenders, POS, and merchandise.
* Collaborate with customer service to gather consumer insights.
* Ensure the e-commerce portal aligns with brand standards.
* Develop email strategies, segmentation, and content plans.
* Maintain consistent and on-brand content across all platforms.
Role Purpose
* Support ambitious growth targets with targeted messaging.
* Transition marketing from a reactive to a strategic function.
* Address knowledge gaps around organic waste segregation and recycling.
* Highlight environmental benefits of waste processing and CO2 reduction.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
* 4–6 years of experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
* Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, Google/Meta ads).
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
* Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Klaviyo, Canva, and HubSpot is a plus.
