Exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a multinational technology company as part of the EMEA Sales division.
This role will provide administrative support for a 100+ strong team based in Europe, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Management: Coordinate customer/partner visits, internal meetings, training, and morale events.
* IT Equipment Management: Oversee device distribution and office inventory.
* Financial Administration: Handle payments and reconciliation for team activities.
* General Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
* Director Support: Assist with travel arrangements, expenses, calendar management, and presentation preparation.
* New Hire Onboarding: Set up new employees and maintain org charts, Teams sites, and email lists.
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an EA/PA, supporting 2 or more executives with calendar, budget, and travel management.
* Experience in event logistics and planning.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Expertise in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a 6-month contract initially, with potential for extension. The position is based in Dublin, requiring 1-2 days of on-site work per week, with the majority of work being remote. The salary is €60,000 per annum pro rata.
