Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Develop a strategy to acquire new customers by targeting clients for proactive sales in line with Irish and European initiatives.
* Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to create digital campaigns and generate leads through phone and email prospecting.
* Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
* Closing Sales: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
* Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
* Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
* Extensive Experience: Remote sales utilizing digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven Track Record: Achieving sales targets, B2B sales experience.
* Business Acumen: Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
