Design and lead the development of a strategic framework for sponsorship within Dalata Hotel Group.
Communicate best-in-class sponsorship standards across the Group, maximizing sponsorship relationships.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand recognition and participation in sponsorship initiatives.
Align and integrate all sponsorship marketing efforts across the Group.
Sponsorship Activation
Lead the strategy, creative, and execution of the GAA Football U20 All-Ireland Championship sponsorship.
Incorporate the Aer Lingus College Football Classic into the overall sponsorship strategy, using it to boost brand awareness for Clayton Hotels.
Develop toolkits to guide consistent execution and evaluation of new proposals and post-campaign reviews.
Planning Cycle Development and Management
Design and lead a planning cycle across teams to drive measurable business impact.
Embed common processes, tools, and timelines to ensure seamless collaboration, including briefing, calendar planning, business case building, communications, and competitive learnings.
Guide planning across Brand, Digital, and Agency partners to drive stronger revenue impact.
In partnership with the CMO, Senior Marketing team, and Agencies, deliver two planning days per year.
Utilize competitor insights to build stronger marketing knowledge for our category.
Skilled at influencing marketing colleagues, cross-functional departments, and leadership in the benefits of strategic planning.
Support colleagues with best-in-class marketing methodologies to strengthen marketing learning for the business.
Act as a creative thought partner across Maldron, Clayton, and Dalata brand teams.
Key Relationships
CMO, Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Group GM/GMs, Hotel teams, Agency partners, HPC, Marketing Analyst, Revenue, Sales, HR, and Development.
Team Development
Implement best-in-class tools to support the learning and development of the Marketing team.
Manage and coach internal stakeholders to drive growth and success.
Serve as the key contact for delivery of sponsorship budgets and building business cases for additional investment requirements.
Manage the strategic relationship with Core sponsorship and other key partners.
Partner with agencies, such as Core, TBWA, Publicis, and Linney, to add value to the planning process and competitor insights.
Build and maintain relationships with external bodies, such as Failte Ireland, Tourism Ireland, and the Marketing Institute, to increase Group visibility.
