We are in need of a Supply Chain Manager to cover parental leave until the end of October 2025.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate within a world-class team! As our Supply Chain Manager, you will:
* Manage Planning NPD introduction and supply chain set up, including master data and BOM setup.
* Coordinate site Inventory management and reduction projects.
* Direct the sales order processing team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
* Drive continuous improvement projects within warehouse, SOP and supply chain.
* Ensure the Fill/Pack production schedule is accurately reflected in SAP.
* Ensure site-wide adherence to Production Order delivery dates.
* Manage the warehouse team including scheduling of work and performance reviews.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management.
* Minimum of 5-7 years' industry experience in a Manufacturing/Warehouse environment.
* Essential experience with MRP systems, with SAP being desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
