Assistant Pharmacy Manager – County Meath
QR Select are currently recruiting an assistant manager for a busy pharmacy based in Co. Meath
The role is 40 hours per week and the pharmacy is open 7 days
Key Responsibilities
Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures
Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams
Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the store
Developing strong relationships with our customers
Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency
Effective performance management of staff
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation

What are we looking for?
2 years Manager/ People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential
The ability to lead and motivate a team
Previous Dispensary experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
