Job Summary
This role is responsible for assisting the Quality Operations Manager in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System, ensuring quality policies and procedures are adhered to daily.
Main Responsibilities
1. Monitor production and finished parts to ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
2. Interface with customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain production Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
4. Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Initiate and complete Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) and engineering change requests as needed.
6. Coordinate and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs).
7. Establish and monitor inspection standards, plans, frequencies, and test methods.
8. Maintain Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documents.
9. Develop and update quality system documentation.
10. Support customer and surveillance accreditation audits.
11. Participate in quality planning and new product introduction from a quality perspective.
12. Build relationships with customer organizations and other project stakeholders.
13. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
14. Support operations area projects and initiatives.
15. Train personnel on quality procedures and documentation.
16. Understand and interpret customer documents, such as drawings and purchase specifications.
17. Ensure proper disposition and storage of on-hold material and retained samples.
18. Maintain quality records and adhere to incoming control requirements.
Requirements
* Hold a relevant third-level qualification or equivalent quality experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
* Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Possess a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
