This role sits within the Centra E-Commerce Team. The Centra E-Commerce team is primarily responsible for driving e-commerce sales and managing the gift card strategy across the Musgrave retail brands. Reporting to the Concept Owner, this person will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Offering our retail partners an exceptional level of service at all times and supporting them to drive sales as well as maintaining day-to-day demands and requirements.
2. Supporting the Concept Owner in coordinating Centra e-commerce & gift card projects, managing reporting trackers, and ensuring timely task completion.
3. Coordinating range reviews and maintaining accurate, up-to-date pricing information across all platforms.
4. Liaising with stores to improve operations to drive profitability/efficiency, as well as furnishing stores with regular insight from operational KPIs.
5. Monitoring sales performance to identify and highlight improvements that may be made to further grow sales.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and retailer networks to foster collaboration and support.
7. Providing cross-functional support where required.
8. Ongoing inbound query and issue management via our retailer service desk.
9. Supporting the operations and sales of gift cards, including assisting with order processing, fulfillment, and addressing customer inquiries related to gift card transactions.
10. Handling ad hoc requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic business needs.
The successful candidate will have/be:
1. A third level Marketing or Business qualification would be advantageous.
2. Good oral and written communication skills essential.
3. Proficient in Excel.
4. Proven ability to work as a team member and on own initiative.
5. Flexible approach to tasks and demands on the job.
6. Outstanding attention to detail.
7. Genuine passion & love of food & brands.

Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
