Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, motivating and leading all staff to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.
* Directly lead head of departments.
* Ensure staff are motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
* Lead succession planning and continuous learning of hotel staff.
* Maintain high levels of customer care within the property.
* Support profitability and cost management of the hotel.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in Operations management.
* Standards driven, particularly in Food & Beverage.
* Strong desire to progress and develop career in hotels.
* People leadership and motivation experience.
* Strong communicator, contributing to overall hotel strategy.
* Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of business.
