Overview:
Harper Finley have partnered with a leading organisation providing essential support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are hiring an Operations Director on a full-time, permanent basis in Shankill, Co. Dublin, with a hybrid working option available. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management and delivery of operational services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Lead and develop operational teams to uphold organisational values and deliver outstanding services.
* Implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop and maintain governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding risk management processes and quality frameworks.
* Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational reports.
* Represent the organisation externally, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience in a social care or related organisation.
* Proven experience in people and resource management.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
* Competency in IT systems and data-driven decision-making.
* A full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes is required (waived for candidates unable to meet this due to disability).
Benefits:
* Base salary of between €80,000 - €100,000
