Job Description
This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work in the office one day a week or as needed.
Position Summary/Objective
The Customer Readiness Specialist coordinates customer projects within the group readiness and enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects across various functional areas.
* Manage daily tasks including customer case reviews, bank changes, project scoping, name changes, new company adds, and customer meetings.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time according to the project scope and details.
* Co-ordinate project meetings, including kick-off and status calls.
* Identify project issues and risks to facilitate resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand and document specific customer requirements.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles coordinating daily operational tasks.
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
* Understanding of systems integration or enterprise software.
* Proven success working with all levels of management.
