Job Description Reporting directly to our EUC Service Manager, this role will be based on customer premises and aid in the efficient delivery of an End Use Compute service conducting the following responsibilities: Customer-facing deskside support Ticket management Hardware management and maintenance Liaising with the remote support teams for detailed investigation and hands-on support Trend recognition and highlighting both service and technical issues before impact Working in the Version 1 Delivery team ultimately gives you the opportunity to shape your career.

Representing Version 1 on the front line, this role is key to both validating the customer's trust in our relationship and ensuring we deliver a consistently high level of service.
You would be the face of Version 1.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess expertise in the following areas: Windows 10 \ 11 operating system support Laptop imaging technologies including Autopilot Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance Network Administration O365 application support Azure AD administration Table and mobile device support Supplementary Skills ServiceNow ITIL 4 Flexible working approach We are also looking for candidates with: Excellent communication, both written and verbal The ability to balance customer focus with technical aptitude whilst remaining professional at all times Ability to follow and maintain process documentation Ability to work to tight timescales Experience of being onsite in a busy customer environment Additional Information At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.
