2 year Secondment NSC Ireland are looking to add to their Sales & Marketing team with a new Sales Support Executive role, supporting the Sales Team Managers with the introduction of TNR and providing support administration across the sales department.
What awaits you? Coordinate with colleagues on tenders for Electromobility, including developing and delivering training to Retailers/ staff/ customers on Electromobility issues.
Liaise with local home charging partner and pan European public charging partner.Spec and order hire drive fleet in conjunction with Corporate Sales Manager.
Liaise with hire drive companies for the on-fleet and de-fleet of hire drive vehicles.
Manage Automotive Team for vehicle preparation and delivery.
Manage invoicing to hire drive companies.Manage invoicing and debt collection for direct sales cars.Monitor progress of direct sales cars through production and agree handover dates.Set up and maintain company approvals on OneNKAM system for corporate sales customers.
Set up and communicate discount matrices agreed by Corporate Sales Manager.Support TNR Demo Management for IE Network.Support TNR Invoicing and logistics for IE Network.Manage POS and CSI standards for used cars in IE Network.Support administration for UVR/ UVMS in used car team.
Support administration of UCMC bi-monthly meeting.Invoice cars to Retailers on completion of auctions.Create PO's and GRN for suppliers.Prepare reporting for fleet management KPI's.What should you bring along? Completed leaving certification.Experience in working under pressure with deadlines to be met.Experience in working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy is essential.Previously working as part of a team collaborating across several departments.Administration & finance experience.IT literate, particularly with MS Office tools.Organised, a good communicator, able to work to deadlines.Closing Date: Friday 28th February 2025
