My Client, a semi-state organisation is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide coordination and administrative support to the South East Regional Business Development Team in Waterford, and occasionally in other offices. The position involves a variety of activities that assist the Regional Team in delivering investments from the region.
Responsibilities:
•Deliver high-quality and efficient administrative services to the Regional Office, including managing phone calls, emails, invoices, event logistics, and the office diary.
•Support the South East Regional Team in coordinating activities and itineraries to advance key strategic initiatives for regional business development, including preparing presentations and reports.
•Assist in creating high-quality brochures, profiles, infographics, and other marketing materials.
•Conduct relevant research as needed and maintain/update a database of pertinent Regional Information.
•Update the Customer Relationship Management System as required and generate a weekly progress report for the Management Team.
•Collaborate with the Regional Executive and Regional Manager to collect key metrics and data related to organisational performance, ensuring these tasks are completed.
•Uphold the companies brand’s reputation in the Region.
•Contribute energetically to the Division’s development as part of the Regional Business and Relationship team.
•Engage in continuous learning and development through formal and informal means, including participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

•Show flexibility in performing additional tasks that may arise or be assigned.
Requirements
•In-depth knowledge of computer packages and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential, along with the ability to use social media platforms.
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
•A third-level qualification is desirable, with an interest in pursuing a Degree qualification.
•A full driving license is desirable.
•Familiarity with content creation applications (Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign) is advantageous.
•Flexibility and interest in career progression and development through opportunities within office network.
•The role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours
