Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Customer Insights, Innovation and Experience team as a Research Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of research projects, collaborating with internal colleagues and external agencies to deliver valuable insights that inform business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior leadership team in delivering ongoing voice of customer insight to inform decision making.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of research, including design, interpretation, and reporting to support insight requirements.
* Leverage internally managed research software to support proposition development and continuous improvement action planning.
* Work with research agencies and consultancies on ad-hoc and continuous research projects.
Requirements
* Customer research experience in Financial services is an advantage.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with various partners across different areas and levels within the Bank.
* Proven capability in customer research, knowledge of different research methodologies, and application of same.
* Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating a Customer First mentality.
* Strong Project management experience and skills.
* Solid numerical abilities with strong attention to detail.
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

The Customer Insights, Innovation and Experience team is part of the Group Customer division, established to drive a Customer First ethos across the Group. In this role, you will work with a team that plays a key role in supporting colleagues across the Group to listen to the voice of our customers and ensure customer insight is at the heart of customer experience improvement and decision-making.
