Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will support the team’s mission of Finding, Growing, and Keeping Great People. This is a highly collaborative role, playing a key part in our Talent Acquisition team – and a great opportunity to further progress a career in recruitment.
The successful applicant will be sourcing talented people, screening, liaising with hiring managers and supporting the onboarding process, supporting live job requisitions for the UK, Ireland and Internationally.
This role requires occasional travel to other CMS sites to build relationships with hiring managers and further understand our company culture.
Role Responsibilities
Systems & Tools
* Using our SuccessFactors ATS, support the team with updating, monitoring and progressing job requisitions for our business.
* Support managing various job boards (including LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobs.ie), updating job adverts and managing applications.
* Coordination of psychometric assessments for candidates.
Recruitment
* Support Managers in creating effective job descriptions.
* Sourcing, screening and supporting interviews with candidates.
* Supporting internal management training materials for best practice recruitment.
* Assist with attraction, recruitment and onboarding for our quarterly CMS Graduate Programme and support with the creation and coordination of induction plans for new joiners.
* Pre and onboarding New Starters.
* Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters in collaboration with the wider People Operations team.
* Keep candidates engaged during pre-boarding.
* Support preparation of offer letters, contracts and other onboarding materials in collaboration with the People Relations team, where needed.
Communication and Social Media
* Actively promote ‘Life At CMS’ on social media, as well as use this platform to promote vacancies.
* Ensure that the Careers section on the CMS website is kept up to date.
* Monitor CMS social media reviews/ feedback, i.e. Glassdoor.
* Proactively represent CMS at graduate and careers fairs.
Intelligence and Reporting
* Support collation of key TA performance metrics for monthly/quarterly reports.
* Provide feedback and insights on current market trends.

Qualifications & Experience
* BA/BSc degree in any field, HR, Business Management and Psychology would be highly regarded.
* Minimum A levels or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year experience working in a high volume Recruiter capacity, either agency or in-house.
* Experience of Psychometric tools will be highly regarded.
* Must be able to learn and grasp latest technology and innovation, including the use of social media.
* Ablility to speak multiple languages would be highly regarded. Ideally French, German, or Mandarin.
