Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + benefits & bonus
Location: Dublin City West (20-30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week (hours 8am-4.30pm + 9am-5.30pm)
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours onsite.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking customer service executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries. You will work with a team of 8 people reporting into the Head of the Call Centre.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact
2. Achieves agreed performance levels including any call management measures
3. Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
4. Carry out general administration duties daily.
5. Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
6. Strong customer service, call centre and administration skills
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise
8. Excellent communication skills
9. IT proficient
10. Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop
11. Flexibility
12. Strong attention to detail
