Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of various public sector contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for public sector contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
* Coordinate data collection activities, including designing surveys, conducting interviews, and gathering relevant information from stakeholders.
* Analyse and interpret data to assess project performance, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project outcomes, progress, and impact, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, program officers, and external partners, to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, International Development, Economics, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the public sector or development sector context.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is €95,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the Civil & Structural Engineering sector.
