Project Manager - Construction
HireForce is working with an Irish construction company that specializes in the residential construction sector throughout Ireland and the UK.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team based in Longford. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing upcoming projects in the midland and northern region of Ireland.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating Site Managers, Design teams, and subcontractors for respective projects.
* Preparing and reporting against project schedules.
* Chairing and preparing reports for internal and client-facing progress meetings.
* Managing and supporting site teams regarding Health and Safety.
* Managing and coordinating site and factory QC/BCAR inspections.
* Overseeing logistics between factory and site operations.
* Liaising with Commercial teams to ensure projects are procured on time and completed within budget.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* IT literate with experience using project management software.
