Neylons Facility Management is a dynamic indigenous Irish facilities management and energy services company providing services all over Ireland. To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting an experienced Electrician for the Clare area. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date.
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will include installing electrical systems.
This is a full-time position based on 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Overall Purpose of the Job
Work within a multi-skilled team. Maintain a good relationship and liaise with the client's representative on day-to-day issues. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance including troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to a good standard and within defined timescales. Ensure that procedures and standards meet or exceed the client's expectations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
PPM on all electrical equipment:
1. Preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
2. Reactive maintenance where required.
3. Working with a multi-skilled team to ensure running time is maximized.
4. Liaising with the client and contractors on project plans.
5. Recording works completed and reporting on any issues to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. Relevant Junior and Senior Trades and/or City & Guilds are essential.
2. Experience working in the regulatory environment (preference not essential).
3. Minimum 3 years experience.
4. Full driving license.
