About Your New Role Serve as a key contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and guidance on performance issues. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires. Coordinate training programs, maintain skills matrices, and address skill gaps with managers to meet business needs. Act as the superuser for the HR system, ensuring optimal functionality, user support, and reporting capabilities. Ensure adherence to HR policies, legislation, and maintain accurate reporting on metrics like absence and engagement. Implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, including surveys, engagement programs, and recognition efforts. Identify and lead HR improvement projects while staying updated on trends and best practices in HR and employment law. Support HR team operations, provide coverage for colleagues, and perform ad hoc duties as needed. What Skills You Need Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRIS, and familiarity with AI tools to enhance HR processes and productivity. Strong understanding of employment law, talent management, and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust across all levels, alongside proactive conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
