Senior HR Administrator Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Administrator to join our team in Dublin City. This is a 9 month FTC opportunity with flexible hybrid working.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator to work with a Public Sector Organisation on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a HR role.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the Recruitment and Selection life cycle.
* Liaise with recruiting managers to develop role profiles, person specifications and advertising material.
* Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
* Participate as part of interview panels.
* Administer HR related documentation, such as employment contracts.
* Arrange staff inductions and onboarding.
* Contribute to policy development in line with best practice and continuously develop and improve the recruitment and selection process.
* Support the HR team in implementing safety management systems.
* Provide administrative support to health and safety committees and working groups.
* Set up training programmes ensuring notifications are issued, facilities arranged, and appropriate records are kept.
* Support the HR team in sourcing and delivering Training initiatives.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries – research and resolve problems where appropriate.
* Assist the HR team with the development and maintenance of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience in a HR support role.
* HR Qualification desired.
* Proficient at MS Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
