About the Role:
We are seeking a sales-focused Retail Marketing Manager to drive foot traffic and sales growth for our stores in Ireland. This role will involve developing and executing local marketing strategies, including in-store displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales through marketing initiatives.
* Develop and implement local marketing plans tailored to individual store locations, considering demographics, competitive landscape, and seasonal trends.
* Manage in-store marketing materials, including design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials.
* Build local partnerships with complementary businesses, community organizations, and local media to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
* Oversee traditional marketing initiatives, utilizing channels such as print advertising, radio, and direct mail to reach target audiences.
* Collaborate with store teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with store operations and sales goals.
* Analyse and report on marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and gain a competitive edge.
* Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
* A track record of increasing sales through marketing initiatives in a multi-store retail environment.
* Proven experience in retail marketing, with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
* Experience with budget management.
* Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Estimated Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum
