This Night Shift Technician role offers the opportunity to support advanced manufacturing lines for drug-eluting stents (DES), combining your technical skills with impactful contributions to life-saving medical devices.
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalate complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams when necessary
Yield Management:
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes
Team Collaboration:
Work as part of a close-knit team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes
System Utilisation:
Record maintenance activities in internal systems, use PowerPoint for yield updates, and manage handovers via Teams and Excel
Database Interaction:
Utilise SQL databases (training provided) to interact with equipment data and optimise performance
Commitment to Safety and Quality:
Execute all tasks with the highest regard for safety standards and quality protocols.
Essential Skills and AttributesStrong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
A team player with effective communication skills.
Comfortable with learning new systems and tools; SQL training will be provided.

What We're Looking ForThis role is ideal for individuals with a background in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, or manufacturing support. Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
