Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What you’ll do
As our E-Commerce Specialist (12-Month FTC) as part of our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) in Dublin, you will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience and maximizing the discovery of our products, such as White Claw, on our partners ecommerce platforms across content, enhanced content and media. This role will require collaboration with the DCOE and cross functional teams to create additional traffic to partners, optimize the customer experience to increase the conversation on partners product description pages (PDP), time to market for the launch of new products, search success of the product locator.
This position is a 12-month contract.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for unlocking efficiencies and driving growth through supporting end-to-end content creation and syndication.
* Oversee the creation of new listings, ensuring products are set up and merchandised quickly, correctly and effectively, improving the process as needed.
* Monitoring on a daily basis the vendors to optimize trading (e.g low conversion; high conversion), taking regular and routine actions to drive enhanced performance.
* Troubleshooting to minimize issues, track and manage customer experience KPI’s and find opportunities to enhance the consumer experience.
* Be an eCommerce evangelist by educating brands and countries internally on the commerce partner landscape, best practices, and channel opportunities/challenges.
* Responsibility for identifying opportunities between Marketing Technology and eContent Creation/Development to help optimize and automate processes.
* Manage store locator, product detail pages, syndication of Product information and product content to partners.
What you’ll bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Advertising, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, eCommerce, or a similar role.
* Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms or Content Management Systems (CMS).
* Ability to extract insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
* Proven ability to manage and collaborate with key stakeholders.
* Familiarity with U.S. market or U.S. eCommerce platforms is a plus.
