Responsibilities
* Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases in the Telecommunication Industry with private, corporate or governmental landowners for the German market.
* Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
* Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts.
* Maintain effective communication through outbound and inbound calls.
* Renegeotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts.
* Prepare contract content.
* Ensure quality check of the contract.

Requirements
* Fluent in German.
* Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
* Sales and negotiation experience is desirable.
* Able to work independently while being a team player.
